With this, what do you help young colleagues advance?
"We offer young colleagues a warm bath to develop in. They form their own team, go through an intensive programme together, and learn and support each other during this steep learning curve. During training sessions, they are given the Morgens tools and knowledge, and their mentor (a Morgens consultant) helps them in their personal development. Not only do they get a place to gain a lot of experience in different assignments and sectors, they also get the chance to do business themselves immediately, because together we take Young Morgens further and make it successful as a traineeship.
I personally really enjoy seeing the young consultants go through a tremendous development in two years. From the application moment to the moment they say goodbye and move on to one of the teams within Morgens is a fantastic journey. It is my honour to witness this up close, support them in their development and give them the opportunities to develop themselves. With each new group comes new dynamics, which also makes it never boring!"
