Collaboration within Conclusion ecosystem
In 2020, Mammoet migrated its SAP ERP environment to myBrand Conclusion's Private Cloud. myBrand Conclusion's SAP expertise was also called upon for the design and implementation of a new globally applicable ERP template. Due to the size of the project and application architecture, Conclusion MBS, Conclusion Low Code Company, Hot ITem Conclusion and KWD Resultaatmanagement were also involved. By using Conclusion's ecosystem, it was possible to deploy the right specialists for the required expertise in these sub-areas.

The solution Mammoet has chosen comprises six systems: SAP S/4HANA as ERP backbone, SAP BTP as integration platform, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, specialist planning software, an Azure Data Lake, associated (SAP) Analytics and the Mendix low-code development platform to develop apps that provide additional functionality on top of this core landscape. These integrated systems provide Mammoet with the ability to not only effectively plan people and resources, but also predict and respond to future business challenges.

Results and prospects
The first country, Belgium, has now gone live with the new template, covering more than 95% of the processes. Further roll-out to other countries, including the Netherlands, is planned for the coming years, with the aim of having migrated all 100 locations worldwide by mid-2026.

Mark de Jong, Programme Director at Mammoet:

"We're so pleased we opted for Conclusion. Our corporate cultures are similar, which means we always end up looking for each other and achieve results together as partners. We will soon have software that fully covers our processes and is still easy to maintain. This means we'll remain in control of our business, also in the future."

Linda Beukers, Director of Digital Transformation at myBrand Conclusion:

"Establishing a globally applicable ERP template for Mammoet is an important milestone. We already had a good relationship with Mammoet but during the Sherpa programme, we got to know each other even better and worked as a team towards the first go-live in Belgium. Sherpa has been a wonderful and educational journey for both of us, which we look back on with great pride and satisfaction."

Seger Theuns, Managing Director of Conclusion Netherlands:

"Given the significant request from Mammoet, it was clear this had to be addressed within the Conclusion ecosystem. Within this project, Conclusion offers expertise from five companies and also collaborates with other Mammoet partners. The core of this project is that the Mammoet environment will function even more as a coherent whole. I'm proud of the contribution we've been able to make with the Conclusion ecosystem."
