Background at Conclusion
Van Hulst first joined Conclusion in 2011. At the time, she was a Project Manager at digital learning agency BrightAlley, where she made the move to Operations Manager in 2016. She held the same position at Conclusion Learning Centers. Van Hulst had been the director of this agency since 2018, until it was sold to Archipel Academy in 2023. Van Hulst: "At the time of the sale, it quickly became clear that I still had work to do at Conclusion. Having held several positions at the two learning companies in the ecosystem, there was a great opportunity for me at Conclusion. I look forward to getting fully involved in the area of employees and talent, our most important asset.”

Focus on the individual
Conclusion offers many great people development initiatives. Policies are developed together with employees, for instance, who can provide their input during round table sessions. In addition, the company offers a talent programme, The Connection. This programme involves groups of employees being assigned a subject for them to set up initiatives in. Van Hulst: "It is crucial to involve employees in everything that revolve around them; after all, they are key. It is great to see so much enthusiasm among all the companies in this regard. This level of involvement is what gets me up in the morning.”
