The right supprt at all times

Depending on the desired or required service level agreement (SLA) that we conclude, Conclusion MBS can provide 24/7 support. We offer three different levels of support:

  • Level 0Knowledge base, enabling users to resolve a large number of frequently occurring questions or issues themselves (thanks in part to our self-service portal).
  • Level 1: With level-1 support, your own IT team handles trouble-shooting. Naturally they receive adequate support from our specialists as needed.
  • Level 2: If your own IT department cannot answer a question or resolve an incident, the question or incident is escalated to the technical and functional consultants of our first-line support team. At this level, Conclusion MBS offers full-package and full-spectrum support.
  • Level 3: If a solution is still not forthcoming, it goes to second-line support. This may also be a third party, such as Microsoft or the supplier of the extension.
