As an employer, we feel a great responsibility for the health and well-being of our most important assets – our employees. We take that responsibility very seriously – not just in words, but also in deeds. This is how we contribute to sustainable employment and fit and healthy employees.

Our employees are always a top priority for us. We continuously aim to create and maintain:
1. Progressive employment benefits
The foundation of good employership is a good employee benefits package. In fact, we go further than the legal requirements. Apart from calculating employee benefits pro rata, we do not differentiate between full-time and part-time contracts. Every employee is entitled to the same facilities.
2. A safe and healthy environment
Conclusion has a policy of working from home 50% of the time, on average. This means that we not only invest in our offices, but also in our employees’ home offices using our set-up budget. Knowledge sharing, meeting, (hybrid) collaboration, and collegiality are all focal points in our offices. And there is also room for fun, peace and quiet, and focus.
