SDG 3:Good health and well-being

As an employer, we feel a great responsibility for the health and well-being of our most important assets – our employees. We take that responsibility very seriously – not just in words, but also in deeds. This is how we contribute to sustainable employment and fit and healthy employees.

Conclusion Cares Good health and well-being | SDG 3

Fit and healthy employees

The main health risks at Conclusion are job pressure and work stress. These risks form the basis for our vision of vitality. Our vitality programme helps employees develop and maintain physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual resilience, both in the office and at home.

Sustainable employability

Conclusion invests continuously in the development, growth, knowledge, and skills of its employees. We help them perform to the best of their abilities, and to take responsibility for their own development. All the while ensuring that we have a safety net in place if they need it.

Where we’re headed

Our employees are always a top priority for us. We continuously aim to create and maintain:

1. Progressive employment benefits

The foundation of good employership is a good employee benefits package. In fact, we go further than the legal requirements. Apart from calculating employee benefits pro rata, we do not differentiate between full-time and part-time contracts. Every employee is entitled to the same facilities.

2. A safe and healthy environment

Conclusion has a policy of working from home 50% of the time, on average. This means that we not only invest in our offices, but also in our employees’ home offices using our set-up budget. Knowledge sharing, meeting, (hybrid) collaboration, and collegiality are all focal points in our offices. And there is also room for fun, peace and quiet, and focus.
