Colleagues at the heart of Conclusion's employership

In 2019, Yvette started as an HR business partner at Conclusion. Throughout her career, she has been active in human resources, a field that suits her perfectly. After living in London for 6 years with her husband and children, she was looking for a new challenge in the Netherlands in 2019. "During the first interview with Conclusion, I immediately had a huge click with the recruiter. This made the introduction very nice. It was an accessible, personal conversation, which immediately made me feel at ease. The conversations with the team members afterwards were also open and pleasant. That convinced me."

People first

"The personal approach that I experienced during my application is still there today. From the People & Organisation team, we put our people first. As a People and Organisation manager, I like to play a role in this. To find that real connection, we want to get to know our colleagues as well as possible. We want to know what drives them, both in their work and in their private lives. We are in dialogue with our colleagues, through round table discussions, in-depth interviews and periodic employee surveys. Ambition interviews give direction to the development of our people. How can we support and facilitate them? We arrange  training and education that meet their needs. We really want to give our people that they are in control of their own development, vitality and career."

Colleagues are given the opportunity to shape their own ambitions, and we are only too happy to encourage development.

Flexible working conditions

"A common thread often emerges from the questionnaires and in-depth interviews we conduct. What do our people find important and how can we contribute to this from the People & Organisation team? We all know by now that good working conditions mean more than just a good salary. With the input of our employees, we started an evaluation of our employment conditions project in 2023. We have reviewed and modernized a number of benefits. This made it clear that all our people value a vitality budget and the opportunity to give it their own interpretation. At the moment we have a vitality budget that employees can use as a contribution to a subscription to a gym or association. We see that this has been used a lot since then. In addition, it is now also possible to exchange Christian holidays for other religious or cultural days. This flexibility is indispensable for many employees. And as we often say: there has to be a difference."

Every employee can follow their own career path, we only facilitate them in this.

Rapid developments

"Conclusion is an organization that moves quickly. There are always new relevant developments going on. Both in the field of IT and in the field of human resources. Being together in the heart of where it all happens is really fantastic. I am therefore extremely proud of the steps we have taken in recent years in the enthusiasm and involvement of the employees. For example, eight Conclusion companies were recently named World-class Workplace 2024-2025. This is an award for excellent employment practices. In the coming period, we will focus even more on the development of our colleagues. Think of developing a management development program and leadership development. Or gain more insight into career paths within the ecosystem. I look forward to taking our employership to a new level in the future."
