With the integration of Fortrum, established in 2018 and based in Houten, Yellowtail Conclusion strengthens its position in the financial sector. Fortrum, founded and led by Michel van der Sluis, Jaap van Raak, Simon Collingridge, and Tony Ward, provides consultancy services in risk, governance, and compliance, and specializes in due diligence with its proprietary Fortapp system. This acquisition adds a group of experts to our team, providing significant scale advantages and synergies.
