Esther will contribute to the development of tailor-made e-learning programmes that help organizations comply with Article 4 of the EU AI Act. These programmes focus on creating awareness and improving AI literacy and are tailor-made for an organization. In addition to her work for Conclusion AI 360, she remains active in academia as an assistant professor at Javeriana University in Colombia, where she teaches AI governance and responsible AI. She will also remain affiliated as an AI expert at UNESCO, where she aims to promote progress in non-discriminatory algorithms and advocates for the participation of under-represented groups in AI.

"With the EU AI Act already in force, whose Article 4 on AI literacy will come into effect on 2 February 2025, it's essential that organizations take action now to train their employees in AI literacy.
