Conclusion appoints Dennis Bruijns as Director at Conclusion OneShore

Dennis Bruijns has a long track record within Conclusion, a career that began almost twenty years ago as a consultant at the then-independent myBrand. Dennis became branch director for the southern region in 2015 and operational director of myBrand Conclusion in 2023. Now follows a new step in his career at Conclusion with the appointment as Director of Conclusion OneShore. With this business unit, Conclusion strengthens its services through an international delivery model. This is done based on the mission to bring together the right professionals in the perfect balance between homeshore and nearshore talents. This makes it possible to grow along with the changing needs of the market. 

"You notice that customer questions are becoming more complex. The digital transformation, integration of AI in business operations, migration to the cloud; these are developments that require a significant IT effort. Both in terms of knowledge and tools as well as energy and manpower", Dennis explains. "Scaling up in the Netherlands is difficult due to the tight labour market. By expanding the Conclusion ecosystem internationally, we can continue to grow with these customer needs. With foreign capacity we expand faster. This includes software development, but also technical and functional management. With Conclusion OneShore, we form an indispensable link between the end customer, the Dutch and our foreign companies." 

Conclusion OneShore collaborates with the Portuguese/Spanish Neotalent Conclusion, the Portuguese Score Conclusion and the South African Lalandi Conclusion. The professionals at these companies work as full team members on challenging IT projects and management. Dennis: "It's really about quantitative and qualitative capacity.
