Angelo Kaijser appointed director at Conclusion Xforce

After completing his training at the Royal Military Academy, Angelo Kaijser held various positions as an officer in the Royal Netherlands Army. During that time, he also studied Business Administration at Nyenrode Business University. During his career in the Dutch Ministry of Defence, Angelo worked with IT companies on various projects, including Conclusion. He was impressed by the company's innovative strength and customer focus, which attracted him to join Conclusion when the opportunity arose. Angelo then started at Conclusion Consulting. Within this Conclusion company, he was able to develop into a Managing Consultant. For the past four years, he has been responsible for the Performance Improvement team, which grew from seven to 23 colleagues during that period. He will now have final responsibility for Conclusion Xforce. 

Conclusion Xforce is a specialist knowledge centre in the field of open-source technology, with expertise in automation, containerization, cloud and observability. Conclusion Xforce helps organizations to design, implement, and maintain automated (development) platforms that optimally facilitate innovation. The company is a certified partner of Nagios, Dynatrace, Checkmk, Red Hat and AWS, among others. 

Angelo Kaijser is proud and grateful for the opportunity that Conclusion offers him to grow within the ecosystem. Conclusion Xforce consists of approximately 75 colleagues and has a passionate network of external experts. Angelo finds himself in a well-oiled machine. His ambition is to expand the business and for that it is necessary to attract sufficient new professionals to the company.
