Girlsday

On 10 April it was Girlsday! The day when we opened our doors to introduce girls to IT and engineering. Research shows that girls rule out an IT or technical study at an early age. By introducing them to the world of IT - and Conclusion - we encourage girls to consider these options. As main sponsor of FC Utrecht, the girls also get to know FC Utrecht and the world of football.

Only 24% of executive positions and 20% of technical positions in IT are held by women. At Conclusion, diversity, inclusiveness and complementarity are crucial. It is not just about the differences, but rather about integrating diverse perspectives. Express where you want to go and what ambitions you have. Show what you can do!
